Terms and Conditions of Trade
Orders
A minimum first order of 150 plus VAT, no minimum on subsequent orders
Item prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and do not include VAT or postage.
Payments
Payments may be made online prior to shipment or with 30 days credit,(subject to approval).All goods and items supplied remain the property of Pearl Essence Ltd until full payment have been received
Defective pieces must be returned within 7 working days. Goods returned must be in their original packaging, and the item code and price label should be clearly visible.
Queries or concerns regarding orders should be made by telephone or by email.
Cancellation of Orders: you may cancel the order prior to sending out the order.
The Contracted Parties subjected to the above terms and conditions are Pearl Essence/the seller and the named and invoiced company /the buyer. The contract shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England, with the buyer complying with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, in Hertfordshire.
